Zuri Perez-Majul, a Native Houstonian is an 18 year Real Estate industry veteran that has represented hundreds of families with the purchase of their single most important investment of their lives, their home. She brings integrity, energy, hard work and creative service with a positive solution to and in every detail of the real estate transaction.
Having a background in inside sales and customer service in the Oil and Gas industry she quickly learned the skills needed in marketing, branding and learned the value behind creating and maintaining relationships with her clients. She found her calling for Real Estate in 2003 when she conveyed over to the mortgage industry. After three years of working as a loan processor in the mortgage side of the business, she decided she would thoroughly enjoy working closer to buyers and sellers and representing them as their agent. In 2006 she acquired her real estate license and from that point on never looked back.
Through these life experiences Zuri has developed her skills in customer service, marketing, negotiating and branding which has formed the foundation to her success in her real estate career. A consistent top producer in her industry, with a passion for real estate.
Even more impressive than her stats is Zuri’s complete devotion to her clientele. She is always accessible and responsive, and her follow up skills are exceptional. The fact that the main source of her business comes from referrals is the testament to her success.
Although known to be a workaholic, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking meals and traveling while being super mom and wife to her beautiful two kids and loving husband.
Zuri served in the 2015 HAR Political Advisory Affairs Group. From 2016-2017 on Sunday Mornings she was a host on KPRC’s 950AM and iHearRadio your “Home Counselor” where she provided listeners with the greatest and latest in the Real Estate Market. She is currently the VP of Communications for her local chapter – National Charity League “Cypress Pearls” where her and her daughter volunteer at local charities in her community.
