Having been in business to business consultative sales since 2013, Derrick has been a part of nearly $8 million in transactions to date. Having extensive sales experience, Derrick is a skilled negotiator and proven deal maker. His devotion to customer service is unsurpassed since his world class training during the Disney World 2004 College Program. That experience taught him the meaning of always putting the customer first.
Derrick grew up in Tennessee. There he earned an Associate’s Degree in Mass Communications from Columbia State Community College and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Administration with a minor in Business from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009. When not working relentlessly, Derrick loves exploring and spending time with his family. Derrick is the father of two beautiful daughters, Zowie and Olivia. He and his wife, Amanda, love to travel, cook, and enjoy wine. The two of them are also known to dog sled, ski, snorkel, and have even hiked part of the Appellation Trail. They are truly best friends in every possible way. To stay healthy, he prefers being active outside and favors mountain biking, jogging, and swimming.
In January 2012, Derrick moved to Houston and is proud to call himself a Houstonian. Here in Houston Derrick found a love for the greater Houston real estate market and has combined that with his desire for helping people.
